- The spa is reserved for persons 18 years of age and over.
- Upon your arrival, please speak softly.
- We offer all our clients a chance to unwind in a luxurious and comfortable environment. Out of respect for all our clients, each guest must turn off their cell phone and please leave it in their locker in the restroom during their entire time at the spa.
- A robe, sandals, towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer and a locker are provided without any additional costs in the restroom.

- A credit card is required for reserving massages and certain treatments.
- You must cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. 50% of the price of your massage treatment will be charged to your credit card if you cancel after the deadline.
- To fully take advantage of your relaxation experience, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your massage or treatment.
- All spa massage therapists are certified massage therapists and are able to provide you with a receipt upon request.
- Cameras are not permitted.
FOR THE THERMAL EXPERIENCE (THERMOTHERAPY)
- A bathing suit is mandatory for all thermotherapy services.
- The thermotherapy experience is not recommended if you are pregnant, if you have cardiac or respiratory problems, if you suffer from hypertension or diabetes.
- If you have health problems, getting the approval of your physician before undergoing the thermotherapy experience is recommended.
- Drinking alcohol is not recommended before the thermal experience.
